These terms of service (which includes our Code of Conduct and our Privacy Policy) (“Terms of Service”) are a contract between you and Mytinytales. By using Mytinytales, creating your mytinytales account and using our mobile applications to post various content to the app, including stories you create, comments and messages, or to access and view Mytinytales content or other user content, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to any of these terms, you can’t use the Mytinyales.
You need to be above 15 to use the application. If you found that you are under 15 and using our app, we can terminate your account.
Without registering to application you can not use the app or simply you cannot read the stories. You will be responsible for the activation of your account. If you share your account information with anyone, that other person may be able to take control of the account, and we may not be able to determine who is the proper account holder. We will not have any liability to you (or anyone you share your account information with) as a result of your or their actions under those circumstances.
Content should be purely yours. If you come to know about any copyright issue regarding content then you (User) will be solely responsible. You can not use any wrong words. Even you can not mention any person in your stories. You own complete rights for what written by you. Your content should not harm anyone or any community. You’re responsible for the content you post. This means you assume all risks related to its publication and display, including someone else’s reliance on its accuracy and any claims relating to intellectual property or other legal rights.
We dont allow user to delete your account. This can be done only by admin by just doing a simple mail.
